On December 18, Surtruck delivered at FCC Alcoy (Alicante) two hydrocleaner vans that will operate in the road cleaning service of the City Council of this town.

Surtruck’s commercial delegate, Luis Martín, along with several company technicians, offered a training course for employees of the local corporation.

The new vehicles present several technological innovations in their design and manufacture. Both have an electric dosing pump in the filling conduction for hypochlorite, which entails effective treatment against legionella.

They also have a steam kit that increases the cleaning capacity, and one of them is equipped with an IBIX 25 H2O Eco-Sanding, a dual function system: hydrolate with carbonates and other minerals, and dry eco-sanding.

The characteristics of these vans are as follows:

• Tank with 800 liters capacity, manufactured in Polyethylene and thermoinsulated.
• High pressure pump with a regime of 21 l/min, 200 bars at 1,450rpm.
• Pump drive by diesel engine, powered from auxiliary diesel tank.
• Motor/motor pump/soundproof pump group.
• Two chemical electric dosing pumps, with product attachment percentage regulator.
• Electric dosing pump in filling conduction for hypochlorite (legionella treatment).
• Self-retracting, high-pressure rear windbreaker with 20m 1/4″ hose and high-pressure lance.
• Stainless hot water boiler, with burner, diesel pump and spark control.
