Eleven Eco-Cleaning electric vehicles already operate in Palma de Mallorca
As we published in an earlier news story, the company Concesur Vehicles Industriales, S.L. she was awarded the supply of eleven high-pressure hydrocleaner vans, with the Eco-Cleaning electric hydrocleaning system, designed, manufactured and installed by Surtruck.
The public competition was awarded by EMAYA, Empresa Municipal d’Aigs i Clavegueram S.A., which owns the City of Palma and is responsible for the management of the garbage collection and road cleaning of Palma de Mallorca.
The proposal of Concesur, which obtained the highest score in the technical section of the contest, has already come true with the launch of our Eco-Cleaning.
Vehicles have the following technical characteristics:
- Chassis: Mercedes Benz Sprinter 316 NGT
- Tank with 800 litres and Polyethylene
- High pressure pump with a regime of 10 l/min at 150 bar.
- Pump drive by BRUSHLESS type electric motor and elastic coupling.
- Electric chemical injector.
- Two self-retracting, high-pressure rear windings with 30 m. 1/4″ hose each, with quick links
- Rotary wash dome with quick link.
- It has a register on the rear for the operation of the high-pressure winding slashes without the need to open the doors of the vehicle.
- Aluminum chemical claw tray next to the dispenser.
- Autonomous extractor fan installed on the body roof, allowing to provide fresh air to the cargo compartment.
- Two LED work lights.
- Floor covering of the non-slip loading area.
- 6 kg powder extinguisher with clamp holder.
- 24v tubular batteries.
- Ac battery charger powered from the mains.
- Recharge kit on translation.
