SURTRUCK reinforces its commitment to the environment with the implementation of the calculation of greenhouse gas emissions. ECOTERRAE GLOBAL SOLUTION S.L. will be the consulting firm responsible for the implementation of the project for the reduction of emissions and the value of the sustainability of SURTRUCK.

Within its Corporate Social Responsibility actions, SURTRUCK will develop over the next few months an Inventory of GHG Emissions, also known as "Corporate Carbon Footprint", in order to know and minimize its contribution to warming Global. This contribution is expressed in equivalent tons of CO2, generated as a result of the company's activities to design and manufacture road cleaning vehicles, fire repair and cleaning of solar plants, equipped with the latest Technologies.

The main objective of the project is not only to obtain the total amount of GHG emissions generated in a base year, but also to allocate to each process carried out its associated emissions, in order to establish an Emissions Reduction Plan that allow the company to reduce the Carbon Footprint in the following years.

The environmental consultancy specialized in climate change, ECOTERRAE GLOBAL SOLUTION S.L., will be responsible for analyzing all the consumptions of matter and energy recorded during the years 2015 and 2016, and subsequently carry out a comparative analysis of the impact generated over both periods.

Both the calculations to be carried out and the measures proposed in the Emissions Reduction Plan will be recorded in the National Carbon Footprint Register of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment (MAPAMA) and in the Andalusian Compensation System (SACE), to record the commitment and efforts made by SURTRUCK to minimize its contribution to climate change.
