The equipment is electrically driven, Eco-Cleaning technology, totally safe for operators

Surtruck has recently trained four units of electrically driven pressure washers in Móstoles, purchased by the company Urbaser. The equipment, ECO-Cleaning lithium, is totally safe for workers as it operates at 48 volts, and is also characterised by the absence of noise and pollutant emissions.

The equipment has a high-pressure pump with an output of 10 litres per minute at 150 bar, power transmission via a 48-volt electric motor, electric motor powered by LiFePO4 (lithium) batteries, battery recharging when the vehicle is driven, mains charging on the right side of the vehicle with a 25-millimetre Barcelona connector, 800-litre polyethylene water tank, calibrated according to the vehicle’s payload, and a self-retracting rear reel with 25 metres of semi-rigid 1/4″ diameter hose.

The pressure washers are also fitted with an ergonomic high-pressure lance, high-pressure equipment control panel, electrical power transmitter control panel, an amber-coloured rotating beacon on the cab, a 10-metre-long loading hose with a 25-millimetre diameter, chemical product dispenser and treatment of the loading area floor with epoxy paint.
