Recently, Surtruck has delivered a hydrocleaning equipment to BBVA Renting Tecnológico, company awarded for the cleaning service of SEMDESA (Serveis Municipals de Santanyí). Along with the delivery ceremony, the operators of this service received a day of training by Surtruck’s technical service personnel.

This equipment is driven by an auxiliary soundproofed engine, ready to be placed on a platform truck and perform cleaning tasks in cold and hot water. The equipment is totally autonomous and has an aluminium fairing to protect the different elements.

This type of pressure washer can be manufactured with different optional elements, depending on the customer’s needs, and with different water tank capacities. As it is mounted on a self-supporting frame, the equipment can be located in any space and work independently thanks to the auxiliary motor.

Its technical characteristics are as follows:

• Self-supporting frame.
• Rotomoulded polyethylene water tank of 800 lts.
• Water level indicator in tank.
• Manhole on the tank roof, not accessible to the interior.
• 1″ filling and emptying pipe with manual ball valve (TB 45 mm fitting), located on the right-hand side.
• Overflow pipe from the top of the tank which is 1″ in diameter.
• High pressure pump with 15 l/min. at 200 bar.
• 13 HP explosion engine with electric starter.
• Soundproofed motor-pump unit.

• Pressure regulator.
• High pressure washing reel equipped with 25 m. of semi-rigid hose with inner Ø 3/8″ for water supply at 200 bar.
