Surtruck will be one of the sponsors of the international event Rescue Great Day’23, one of the main events in the international security sector.
The event will be held from Wednesday, May 10 to Saturday, May 13 and will be attended by 30 teams from the USA, Chile, Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom, Holland, France, Portugal, Netherlands, Latvia, Poland, Czech Republic, Ireland and Romania. These are national and mixed teams, and as a novelty there will be a team composed exclusively of women from several countries.
On May 10, at the Navigation Pavilion, is the reception of teams, with the delivery of documentation, meeting of team leaders and judges and the official presentation by the competent authorities of the City Council of Seville, with representation also of the delegation of Environment of the Junta de Andalucía.
On May 11, three tests will be carried out in Cerro del Hierro, Sierra Norte de Sevilla, with practical scenarios: miner rescue, animal rescue and climber rescue.
On May 12, four practical rescue scenarios will be carried out in Isla de la Cartuja: Pabellón de la Navegación, Pabellón de Ilunion, Edificio EOIS and refrigeration pipes in Plaza Europa.
On May 13, four practical tests will be carried out in Seville: the old Cádiz station, Portada de la Feria and the Seville soccer field, among others.
For the control of the tests, the organization has 40 judges who will be responsible for ensuring that everything is done correctly. 26 of these judges come from outside Seville, some from Portugal, France and Belgium, something that reinforces the international aspect of the event, a reference in terms of safety worldwide.
