The narrow vehicles manufactured by Surtruck for firefighting, the FUSO, have just passed a new test with regard to their powertrain. The Mercedes Benz partner company PAUL has certified its production by successfully passing the tests carried out in Germany on the small FUSO vehicle.

The tests were carried out in the German town of Vilshofen an der Donau, where the Mercedes Benz partner, PAUL, has its facilities. With this achievement, Surtruck raises the quality of its product development, certifying it with a prestigious entity such as PAUL.

With the transmission endurance test of more than 4 hours, Surtruck has achieved the certificate of the original manufacturers and thus adds a plus of reliability to the vehicles it manufactures and, by extension, to its customers.

The certification makes Surtruck the only company that manufactures small vehicles with this certification. A green light for a transformation that has turned Surtruck into a national benchmark for firefighting thanks to the small size of its FUSO vehicles, which are sold throughout Andalusia and different parts of Spain. The manufacturers have thus given the green light to the engine adaptations following the authorisation of the powertrain, the heart of the whole process.
