Although he has not been part of Surtruck since its foundation, Francisco Javier Fernández Rodríguez feels fully identified with an acronym that he has been carrying for three and a half years. His experience in the commercial world as head of several machinery companies was the main endorsement he presented to become part of the Surtruck family, a challenge he achieved to be fully integrated and identified with the company’s philosophy and with his colleagues.

Currently, his department focuses on equipment machinery, in terms of street cleaning, and fire-fighting vehicles, but also covers fire-fighting equipment, which is in great demand due to its quality and specialization.

He is passionate about his day-to-day work, immersed in planning meetings, making calls and formalizing commercial proposals. The day-to-day work of a sales representative in an evolving company, for which technology and efficiency are crucial. Every day he sets himself new challenges and if he looks to the future he likes to see himself in Surtruck, to have grown in training, something he never ceases to strive for, but to be surrounded by the professionalism and affection of his colleagues. These are the pillars on which he likes to base himself because, in his opinion, they are the essence of his day-to-day work.

He was born and lives in Estepa, his place in the world. The place that gives him the energy to face all the challenges he faces. He enjoys a lot with his family, with his wife, Conchi, and with his three children. And he loves the way they live, something that has a lot to do with the young spirit and dynamism that characterizes him.

As far as environments are concerned, he sticks to rural life, which he wouldn’t change for anything, and the contrast he feels when he has to go to work in the city fills him with energy.
